The hotel also caterers for weddings, shooting parties and other high profile functions so there will also be a variety of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have worked at rosette standard and certainly be able to demonstrate a stable career with good training and a willingness to learn. You will also be able to manage sections of a busy, quality kitchen and get the best from junior kitchen staff through setting great examples and working in a disciplined way. Your creative streak will also be evident and you will be able to communicate effectively with your colleagues.

Sous Chef 19 - 22k

A Sous Chef with rosette experience is required for a unique position with a privately owned boutique Hotel which attracts guests from all over the UK because of its unique location and award winning food.

You will be a pivotal part of this new brigade and your skills will be very much in demand as the Hotel management team strive to provide continuous improvements to the service they offer the customer.
